WHAT I OFFER

I offer one-to-one fitness coaching sessions, which are aimed specifically at your goals and needs.

The benefit of my personal fitness coaching is that you are able to get personalised programming to meet your specific needs, immediate access to my knowledge and experience.

By helping you set realistic and achievable goals you will remain motivated as I provide on-going support and encouragement.

I maintain a record of your activities which we review together to show progress and to ensure you continue your progression.

WHERE I DO THE SESSIONS

This depends on your needs. If your goal is to lose fat then we can do the majority of the sessions in a park near you!

I also offer fitness coaching at a gym in Molesey, which if your aim is to build muscle would be more ideal.
