I have stopped running my regular slotted fitness classes in Walton on Thames. However if you have got some friends together who want to do some fitness sessions together, I'll be happy to do that. The small group sessions, would be for 2-6 people. These sessions would be ideal for people wanting to get fitter, stronger and feel better.The sessions can be done outside in the summer months and we can move towards a gym when we have a lack of light.

The sessions will include a range of things including:
-boxing
-core exercises
-interval training
-circuits
-strengh exercies
-stretching
