ABOUT ME

My approach is to see what you like and dislike and what your goals are, thereby finding the best methods that work for you. I will find innovative ways to keep you engaged and get the results you want, and improve your general lifestyle.

My main field of expertise is building lean muscle as well as cutting body fat percentage. I have always been passionate about improving health and well-being and setting realistic fitness goals.

I offer 1-to-1 Personal Training sessions at nearby locations to suit your needs. We can do the personal training sessions at the Physique Warehouse in West Molesey, my home studio in Walton on Thames or I can come to you. For most goals, like toning, getting fitter, more agile, more core strength, stronger overall you can do this at your home or my home studio. If you want to build muscle and get stronger the gym may be better!

I am a trained sports masseur so have a great understanding of the human body with experience of working with rugby players and cyclists. So if you have an injury or pain I can design exercises to help. I had a client who had pain in his lower back, I sent him a number of stretches to do after the massage.
