My approach is to see what works best for you and to find innovative ways to improve your lifestyle.

My main field of expertise is building lean muscle as well as cutting body fat percentage. I have always been passionate about improving health and well-being and setting realistic fitness goals.

I am a trained sports masseur so have a great understanding of the human body with experience of working with rugby players and cyclists. So if you have an injury or pain I can design exercises to help.

I am based in Walton on Thames, Surrey and run small group sessions which I can do in a park environment, when the days are longer! There is also the option to do these sessions at the gym.

I also offer 1-to-1 Fitness Coaching sessions at nearby locations flexible to your specific needs.
