WHAT I OFFER

I offer one-to-one personal training sessions, which are aimed specifically at your goals and needs. Let me know your fitness goals, be it to lose weight, get stronger, get faster etc and we will get the results you want.

The benefit of my personal fitness coaching is that you are able to get personalised programming to meet your specific needs, immediate access to my knowledge and experience.

By helping you set realistic and achievable goals you will remain motivated as I provide on-going support and encouragement.

I maintain a record of your activities which we review together to show progress and to ensure you continue your progression.

Two of important things you'll get from me as a personal trainer. Firstly, I will get you the results you want. I also provide tolls and resources on your nutrition and lifestyle habits to maximise your results. Secondly, I will keep your accoutable and push your workouts to the next level. As without a personal trainer session booked in, it can be easy to skip a session or to snooze on the alarm clock.

WHERE I DO THE SESSIONS

This depends on your needs. I offer sessions at the physique warehouse gym, in west molesey which has great facitilties.

I also offer personal training at my home studio in walton on thames and mobile so I come to you, which depends on your goals and your preference on where you do the sessions.

Per Hour:

Park Coaching - session blocks starting at £40

Home Coaching - session blocks starting at £40

Gym Coaching - from £45
