Where we can do the sessions?

This depends on your needs. I offer sessions at the physique warehouse gym, in west molesey which has great facitilties.

I also offer Mobile Personal training, so I come to you! Thirdly at my home studio in Walton on Thames , which depends on your goals and your preference on where you do the sessions. These two options are great, if time is an issue or you don’t like going to gyms!

Physique Warehouse Gym, West Molesey

Train in a fully equipped gym with excellent facilities, ideal for structured strength and conditioning sessions.

Mobile Training

I can bring sessions to you at your home, garage, home gym, or a local park. I can also bring equipment if your don’t have you own.

Private Studio, Walton-on-Thames

Train in a well -equipped private setting ideal for 1-1 coaching without distractions and for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere than a busy gym.
